Wednesday, January 28 at 18.00 there will be a British economist Geoffrey Hodgson
lecture entitled "Understanding Capitalism, Why the world is getting richer but inequality
continues to grow?"
Hodgson from a critical reading of the greatest scholars of the history of the economy by
Karl Marx and Thomas Piketty, through Adam Smith and Joseph Schumpeter tries to propose a thesis on the root cause of inequality according to the researcher who is represented by the concentration of ownership of assets used as collateral in the hands of a small minority.
The meeting with the student will be moderated by Enrica Chiappero, head of sustainable
development path Lab Expo.
